Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes! Our stainless steel jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it a great choice for people with sensitive skin or metal allergies. You can wear it comfortably every day without irritation.
Will your jewelry turn my skin green?
No. Unlike brass or copper-based jewelry, our 316L stainless steel will not oxidize or leave any green marks on your skin.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

How do I clean my jewelry?
Cleaning is simple:

How should I store my jewelry?
Store your pieces in a cool, dry place — ideally in a jewelry pouch or box to prevent scratching. Keep them away from harsh chemicals like bleach, perfumes, and lotions, which can dull the finish over time.
What should I avoid?
While our jewelry is very durable, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, acetone, strong cleaning agents) and applying perfume or lotion before putting on your jewelry rather than after.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
The easiest way is to measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits you well, or wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. Use a standard ring size chart to convert to your size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
How do I measure my wrist for a bracelet?
Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Add 1–2 cm to that measurement for a comfortable fit. Each product listing includes the bracelet length so you can compare before purchasing.
